Yes. If it is not refrigerated, the content will become vinegary, continue to ferment and it will create more CO2. Much like shaking a bottle, leaving a bottle of kombucha unrefrigerated for too long can lead to a pretty messy situation.

Not to worry, this is completely normal! See that stuff at the bottom? That’s called sediment, and it is all the good stuff! The pulp is denser than the surrounding Kombucha, so it sinks to the bottom

In fact, you should have peace of mind knowing that your Kombucha has separated as you can be sure that we cold pressed real fresh ingredients- no chemical stabilisers or emulsifiers.

But unlike juices, Lady Buddha Kombucha is carbonated, so we do not recommend shaking the bottle. Instead, gently tilt the bottle upside down or back and forth until the sediment is mixed together.

Lady Buddha uses Black tea from Cao Bo Organic Tea JSC. The brand earned USDA Organic certification, IFOAM Organic certification and others.

The herbs are bought from small-sized family farms in Lâm Đồng, Kontum, Quảng Nam so as to have the best quality control over their agriculture process and minimize chemical use.

Lady Buddha uses cane sugar of Wangkanai Thailand which is certified organic by USDA. After fermentation, LB uses fresh juice to sweenten Kombucha.
